This was the message delivered by Alei Siach’s Director of Housing and Development to the Israel Knesset, addressing the Special Committee for Foreign Workers about how detrimental the worker’s shortage is to the special needs community.

The parents of children with disabilities, overwhelmed and struggling, are crying out desperately about insufficient workers and the need for more foreign workers.

Alei Siach has appealed to the government to urgently address the growing crisis in caregiving support. We will not stop efforts to advocate, support, and stand up for the special needs community.
