Alei Siach is currently working hard setting up a kollel in the mornings for men who have outgrown yeshiva and still want to continue studying. In this framework, avreichim will participate in shiurim and learn with chavrusos in the standard yeshiva style. Subjects covered will be gemara, mishna, Navi and Parshas Hashavua.

At the end of the morning, the avreichim will be integrated into jobs with afternoon or evening shifts in a framework suited to their capabilities.
