The Alei Siach Employment Centers provide not only an employment structure but also a social structure for adults with disabilities. Younger and older adults diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders, cognitive development disorders, intellectual disabilities and physical disabilities can find their place of employment here.
The program is widely varied and provides a solution for all types of disabilities, enabling every individual to fulfill their personal potential and find satisfaction and meaning in their job.
The purpose of this program is to help each individual find their place and advance to the maximum of their capabilities every single day.
We see every person with disabilities as deserving of equal opportunities.
It is their right to be employed, to feel connected, to give to society to the best of their capabilities, to use their talents and to get suitable recompensation for their work.
Drawing on many years experience with the population with special needs, Alei Siach set up a network of employment options on a range of levels and styles. Beginning with work in a supported environment and ranging across to work in the open workforce, there is an opportunity for every individual.

As part of our employment network, we provide opportunities for people with disabilities at every level of function.
Our underlying method is based on the Spiral Model. The Spiral Model has a broad base of overlapping employment options for different levels of functioning. This model allows more individuals with cognitive disabilities to find appropriate job placements.
The employment model is deliberately adjusted to suit each individual with a deep understanding of their needs, desires and abilities.

Entering the second floor of the building on Bet Hadfus 1, you’ll find an amazing sight. An entire tzitzis factory, productive and exacting – exactly like a factory in the standard workforce.
At the Tzitzis Factory we employ individuals who are highly employable but need a supported work environment with professional intervention.
The factory offers a range of jobs suitable for individuals with varying needs. Our objective is to provide as normal a work environment as posible.
The products produced at the Tzitzis Factory are sold in the open market both in Israel and abroad and our workers learn to take responsibility for producing the best work possible.
Alei Siach is a non-profit organization which was set up to provide a solution for disabled adults in the charedi-dati communities. Today Alei Siach has branches around the country and provides a warm, all-inclusive, supportive and professional environment where hundreds of individuals can develop and become integrated into the wider community
