The Alei Siach Day Centers provide a respectable and supportive systems for individuals over the age of 21 at a mid to low level of functioning. Each one of our clients receives a personally built program with the purpose of maintaining and improving their abilities where we provide each individual with suitable employment and a comfortable and accessible work environment.

Participants in this scheme receive a salary commensurate with their functioning and number of hours worked. Individuals on a low level of functioning receive pocket money as an incentive for appropriate behavior
